Set up, prep, and stock stations with all necessary supplies
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen team
Participate in the Breakdown and Clean Up of the kitchen with team members. Everyone pitches in to clean up and get ready for the next day.

Cooking experience and Back of the House experience necessary
Positive Attitude. Ability to adapt and overcome.
Strong attention to detail, and food safety standards.
Upholds professional standards of appearance, dress, and personal hygiene.
Servesafe certification preferred.
Must be able to frequently lift and carry, push & pull up to 25 lbs. & occasionally lift, carry, push & pull up to 70 lbs.

One must have the ability to work a variety of different times, including nights, weekends.
Our team has the following holidays off: 4th of July, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, and New Years Day.

Work with fellow team members to ensure tasks are completed in accordance with Event Plans.
Ensuring all aspects of the event is running smoothly, responding to guests' concerns
Clearing and setting tables, serving food, bartending/serving drinks
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation
Performing setup, breakdown
Work as a team to ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
